1. Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in Mini Mudders sessions, including but not limited to Mini Mudders, Mini Foresters, and related outdoor activities, involves inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated despite careful planning and appropriate precautions. These risks may arise from environmental factors, interactions with natural elements, terrain, weather conditions, wildlife, equipment, or actions of other participants.

By booking a session with Mini Mudders Ltd, I acknowledge and accept that:

• Participation carries risks, which may include minor injuries (such as scratches, insect bites, and bruises) through to more serious injuries (such as sprains, fractures, and, in rare cases, permanent disability or death).

• Mini Mudders Ltd undertakes all reasonable steps to reduce risk and prioritise safety, but some level of risk remains unavoidable in an outdoor setting.

• I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child(ren) and myself.

2. Clothing and Personal Preparation

It is the responsibility of each attending adult to ensure that all children in their care are dressed appropriately for the activity and the weather. Sessions may involve exposure to mud, water, uneven ground, and changing weather conditions. Suitable clothing, waterproof layers, and appropriate footwear are essential.

3. Weather and Session Cancellations

Mini Mudders sessions take place outdoors and may be affected by inclement or dangerous weather (e.g. high winds, extreme cold, flooding). We reserve the right to cancel sessions where safety may be compromised.

• If Mini Mudders Ltd cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, where possible.

4. Supervision

Mini Mudders Ltd is a stay-and-play group. All children attending must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over). Staff and facilitators do not take responsibility for individual child supervision.

5. Personal Belongings

Mini Mudders Ltd does not accept any responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings brought to sessions. All items are brought at the owner’s risk.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy​

• No refunds will be offered for non-attendance.

7. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending a Mini Mudders Ltd session, I confirm the following:

• I waive and release Mini Mudders Ltd, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims resulting from participation in any session or activity.

• This waiver extends to all known and unknown injuries, damages, and losses, and includes any indirect or consequential claims.

• I fully understand and accept the terms set out in this waiver.

8. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with a booking for any Mini Mudders Ltd session, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the associated Liability Waiver. I understand that this agreement is binding and applies to all future sessions attended by myself and my child(ren).
