Music - 17th June | 10am

Let the forest sing! During Music Week, we’ll explore the sounds of the woods with hands-on rhythm games and instrument making. Children will play the Sound Shape Game, step into woodland sound zones, and craft wind chimes. We’ll experiment with pitch and tone using a water xylophone, and get creative on the jingle bell geoboard, combining fine motor play with joyful jingling. A celebration of movement, sound, and nature’s own instruments!

Fairies - 24th & 28th June | 10am

Enter a world of woodland wonder as we search for signs of fairies and build homes for our magical friends. Children will design enchanting fairy villages under trees, stir up magic in the potion-making station, and craft whimsical fairy doors to invite tiny visitors. They’ll make willow wands to cast forest spells and create dolly peg fairies to take home. A magical week of storytelling, building, and imaginative play in the great outdoors!

Nature Explorers – 2nd July | 10am
Let’s go on a nature trail together! Inspired by the joyful rhymes of Nature Trail, children will explore the wild world around them through playful discovery and creative makes. We’ll weave colourful pinecone creations, go on a colour-matching scavenger hunt with our egg carton palettes, and let nature’s shadows guide our art. Leaf rubbing adds a sensory twist, helping little ones connect with textures and tones of the outdoors. A true celebration of nature’s treasures—big and small!

Critters – 9th July (Mandy) & 12th July | 10am
Creepy crawlies take centre stage this week! Inspired by Bella Loves Bugs, we’ll be transforming leaves into cheeky bug characters and painting our own watercolour critters—brought to life with a puff of breath and a splash of colour. Grown-ups and little ones can work together to build mandalas, critter dens, and rock towers. From leaf legs to insect imagination, this is a week for nature’s tiniest stars!

Little Wild Scientists – 15th July & 19th July  | 10am
Let curiosity lead the way! This week, we’ll become mini scientists—testing what floats or sinks, and threading leaves with stick “needles” to boost fine motor skills and focus. Children can build towers from sticks, create nests like birds, and play nature-inspired Tic-Tac-Toe. It's a joyful mix of science, experimentation, and discovery—all under the forest canopy.

Forest Builders & Makers – 21st July | 10:30am

Calling all creators! Inspired by Stanley’s Stick, this session is all about hands-on building and wild invention. Children can craft nature paintbrushes to create woodland masterpieces, or make their very own mini slingshot with adult support. Grown-ups and kids can get creative with natural face art on the forest floor and sort seeds and nuts at the woodland “tinker table”. A perfect blend of imagination and construction!
